The Noisette Company is moving ahead with development plans in base areas (The Navy Yard, Riverfront Part, etc.) as well as projects contracted from the City, like the redevelopment of Century Oaks. In other areas of the community, neighborhood groups and City planners are developing action plans based on master planning guidelines and their own visions for specific areas.
